The Pilates Junction is an intimate Pilates studio located in Spring Farm. We offer personalised classes that are safe, effective and tailored to meet individual needs. The Pilates Junction is a place for anyone to come as they organically are, regardless of fitness level. It’s a place to grow as your body learns to exist in ways it has not before.

Natalie, the owner and Principal Instructor is a dedicated and inspiring Pilates educator. Her focus is to spread the joy of movement through The Pilates Method. Don’t be fooled by her sweet nature, she will push you out of your comfort zone while keeping any limitations, injuries and safety needs as paramount.

Natalie has had a lifelong passion for health and wellbeing. She has been mentoring women with diverse needs to improve their health, fitness and wellbeing since 2013 and has been instructing Pilates using apparatus in the local Macarthur area since 2015. In 2016, Natalie accepted a position at an elite North Sydney Pilates studio and in 2017 founded The Pilates Junction.

Natalie has a Masters Degree in Teaching from the University of Western Sydney, Certificate 3 and Certificate 4 in Fitness and a Diploma in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology. Natalie has extensive experience in women’s nutrition and wellbeing and holds memberships with Fitness Australia and the Australian Pilates Method Association. 

Natalie is passionate about her clients reaching their specific goals and is extremely positive. She loves to see clients learn more about their body, move more freely, develop strength and be more at one with their mind. Natalie develops safe, engaging, comprehensive and results focused programs which combine contemporary knowledge of physiology, underpinned by the Joseph Pilates method.

The Pilates Junction offers private sessions 1:1 or duet sessions 2:1. Your personal Pilates program is tailored to your specific needs and goals. You have the undivided attention of your instructor and your program will progress and advance when the time is right.

These sessions utilise the mat repertoire as well as the reformer, wunda chair, barrels and small apparatus.

Private and duet sessions are perfect for injuries and rehabilitation, pre and postnatal clients as well as advanced athletic conditioning.

Throughout the year, TPJ run wellbeing workshops. These workshops have a specific area of focus to enable you to flourish in your personal health and wellness. What I have found since starting Pilates at TPJ is that I am much more mindful of how I move my body. Nat is a professional, friendly instructor who really cares about her clients. She is great at modifying an exercise or making it more challenging to accommodate my needs. Her knowledge and passion about what she does is inspiring. I can’t recommend The Pilates Junction enough!! Nat’s professionalism, sweet nature and extensive knowledge of the human body makes you feel comfortable knowing your in the best of hands. Whether your a pilates veteran, recovering from an injury or a first timer, Nat makes sure your session is individualised. I always walk out of my session feeling refreshed but challenged.
